While, of course, I realize that no one is perfect and there is always room to grow and change, I think it's also important to realize what you have accomplished, who has impacted you, and who you have become in the last year. So, my favorite New Year's tradition is to find a quiet moment in the midst of the celebrations to make a list of 108 things for which you are grateful. Assets and moments and people in your life right now that make you who you are and have brought you safely to this point. Write down everything that comes to mind and just let it flow. Got any favorites? Please share them with us & we'll compile them into our New Year's Blog! |
